Online Blackjack has a lot of variations:

These are the basic games and they are further subdivided, so most online casinos carry from 3-4 to 15 Blackjack games.

In general, you may come across about 30 variations of online Blackjack, which can be quite different from one another, but the basic rules remain the same.
Most Online Blackjack games are played with a dealer and up to 7 players. The dealer has 2 cards, one of them open, another face down. You are dealt out 2 cards and you have to decide whether to stand or continue playing. You can choose either to hit, or to split (see the cases when you can do it in “Basic Blackjack Strategy” post), or to double if needed. To win you have to have a hand value as close to 21 as possible or equal to it, but if the total sum of the cards in hand is more than 21, you lose.
